Job Summary:
D JEAN ENTERPRISE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across a designated region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Job Duties: 

1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with company goals to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align marketing messages and strategies with field sales activities, ensuring cohesive communication to clients and customers.

2. Team Leadership and Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance and direction to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, building a high-performing sales force.
Conduct performance reviews to assess team member effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Arrange training programs for staff to ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success in their roles.

3. Client Relationship Management and Sales Contracts:
Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed.
Manage and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting client relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

4. Sales Operations Management:
Organize and maintain inventory to ensure product availability and reduce delays in order fulfillment.
Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in various industries (commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail), ensuring they align with business goals.
Organize regional and divisional sales operations, coordinating efforts across locations for maximum efficiency.
Establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales operations, ensuring consistency and compliance across all levels.

5. Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
Plan and control the sales department’s budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness in operations.
Monitor budget allocations to ensure that all financial activities align with company objectives and budgetary guidelines.

6. Project and Program Management:
Assign, coordinate, and review sales projects and programs, ensuring that they meet deadlines and deliver desired results.
Evaluate and adjust projects and initiatives as necessary to respond to market conditions and client feedback.

7. Customer and Inventory Management:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary products to meet customer demand.

Qualifications:
1. College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven 2-3 years of experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a regional capacity..
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
