Job Description:
- Make sure the finished goods and ingredients are fresh.
- Assemble and prepare the ingredients for the menu items.
- Follow recipe instructions, which include weighing, measuring, and combining ingredients.
- Helping other cooks to make sure food orders are finished in a timely manner.
- Prepare food items as per the customer requirements, including customized requests.
- Food portions and food presentation should meet company standards.
- Cooking utensils are cleaned before every use.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Monitoring and re-ordering stock as needed.
- Check food before it is served to customers.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Post-secondary education in the cooking field or a minimum of 1- year of experience is required in the same field.
