Responsibilities/Tasks
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques, including payments for subcontractors and drivers.
- Track financial records, balancing accounts using manual and computerized systems.
- Handle invoices from subcontractors and drivers, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain the company’s ledgers and prepare financial reports.
- Record all financial transactions, including expenses and payments.
- Provide financial and management reports to assist in decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and payments.
- Ensure accounts are balanced and accurate at the end of each period.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and prepare necessary tax documents.
