Heavy Duty Mechanic
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on various construction, vehicles, and engine equipment (e.g., oil changes, replacing spark plugs, greasing, general maintenance).
Perform mechanical repairs and diagnosis of issues.
Conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
Document maintenance work accurately and keep records up-to-date
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of relatable previous experience required.
Clean driver’s abstract an asset
Air Brakes certification or ability to obtain air brakes certification an asset
Red Seal certification or ability to obtain red seal certification an asset
Salary: We offer a range from $38.75 to $42.00 / hour based on qualifications
Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary, at the discretion of the employer.
