Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor

At 365 Accommodations Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry personnel
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate expectations, updates, and provide feedback
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain and improve service levels
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff as needed
- Order supplies and manage budgets, minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Address concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain reports on daily activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required
- High School
- Strong communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Working independently and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00 per hour
