We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging lessons and activities.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Observe and document children’s progress and behaviors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to assess individual needs and adapt activities accordingly.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
