Office administrator

  • Location: 1332-4 Khalsa Drive, Mississauga, ON L5S 0A2, Canada.
  • Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
  • Salary: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (To be negotiated) 
  • Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
  • Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
  • Employment Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Shift, To be determined.
  • Start date: Starts as soon as possible

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication and scheduling.
  • Handle office correspondence and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and files.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documents.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Handle billing and invoicing for services rendered.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update office databases and contact lists.
