Job description:

Wage:  $28.50 per hour; full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location of Work:  

105 Brisbane Road, Unit 7 & 8

Toronto, ON M3J 2K6

Job Description:

-      Inspect and test mechanical units, such as steering gears and modules, hydraulic components, transmissions, axles and brake systems to locate and detect faults and malfunctions

-      Diagnose faults and malfunctions to determine extent of repair and whether to repair or replace units

-      Rebuilding and reconditioning hydraulic components, steering gears and modules

-      Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools

-      Test repaired equipment for proper performance

-      Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work

-      Service attachments and working tools

Job Requirements:

-      Minimum 3-5 years of experience

-      Proficient knowledge of rebuilding and reconditioning hydraulic components

-      Ability to work standing for extended periods

-      Attention to detail

-      Team player must observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc.
