Job Description for the Restaurant Manager:

• Manage day to day restaurants operations to maintain great service, food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Address complaints of the customers, take suggestions.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, provide on job training.
• Set weekly schedule of the staff and monitor their performance.
• Negotiate with the clients for outdoor and indoor catering or other use of the facility.
• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to minimize wastage and boost sales and optimize profitability.
• Identify the service to be provided and implement the necessary operational protocols.
• Reconcile cash and prepare balance sheet, cash report and other relating documents. 
• Develop, implement and analyze the budget of the restaurant.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices of the dishes.
• Ensure the inventory is consistently well organized and properly maintained.

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Team player; excellent oral communication; reliable. Must be able to supervise a minimum of 5 to 10 people.
