Job Description:

As a General Manager, candidate will be responsible for managing company's overall operations. This may include delegating and directing agendas, effectively driving profitability, managing organizational structure, coordinate with HR, Accounts, Marketing and engineering teams, design strategies, and communicating with the President as well as the directors.

As a General Manager of the company, you will be required to perform following responsibilities:

  • Oversees all the operations of organization
  • Strategically design and implement plans
  • Manage human resources by ensuring availability of staff at different levels and requirements.
  • Manage financial and physical resources
  • Manage assets and liabilities by coordinating with accounts and finances teams.
  • Manage marketing and sales by approving new plans and strategies.
  • Set strategic goals and ensuring the goals are measurable
  • Ensure that inventory is managed, materials are ordered on-time, and orders are delivered timely.
  • Act as an interface between the directors, managers and employees; and, between the company and customers.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Capability of assuming responsibility and exercising independent judgement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Effective time management skills with the strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.
  • Self motivated and demonstrate initiative to excel.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree from a university or College of recognized standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of management and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and other office software.
  • Experience managing multiple projects of various scope, size, and complexity.
