Case Processing and Customer Experience Associate

Job Description

  • Professional writing such as cover letters, submissions and storylines of customer scenarios
  • Focus on high accuracy and on-time submission when working on customer case files
  • Collecting, organizing and reviewing documents received in support of applications
  • Handling a high volume of files in a very fast-paced environment
  • Follow up promptly with the clients for any pending replies or documents from their end
  • Answering all client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Able to fill various kinds of immigration forms
  • Learn procedures and documentation requirements for various case types

 

Skills Requirement

 

  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressed-out situations with positivity and empathy
  • Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu an asset)
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills with patience, courtesy, compassion and professionalism
  • Professional working knowledge of office applications such as word & excel etc.
  • Possess good typing speed
  • Must be detail oriented, results-driven and be effective working independently
