Job description:
Salary: $85.95 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the operations of Aspaces business.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor operating budgets, making needed adjustments to ensure budget requirements are achieved.
- Set goals for internal and external project teams under their purview of responsibility, delegate responsibilities, measure performance against KPI’s and delivers feedback to achieve timely results.
- Set policies and processes to operate the business at optimum levels.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Communicate strategies for the sites with business stakeholders, whilst monitoring and translating feedback into actionable tasks.
- Coordinate, oversee and organise all the activities involved in the smooth and effective running of the business.
- Drive exceptional client service initiatives on an ongoing basis.
- Employ best business practices that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity.
- Lead a cross functional team to manage the property and oversee the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Accountable for the P&L, cost management and delivering savings.
- Provides direction to facilities management teams who lead facilities operations of Aspaces business engagements.
- Preserving the health condition of infrastructure and assets, ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.
- Ensure the workspace vision, standards and policies are implemented, managed and adhered to. Drive timely crisp decisions and audit frequently to ensure delivery.
- Manage tenant relations. Conduct periodic feedback sessions with tenants to continuously improve quality standards.
- Support leasing events, and marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Five or more years of experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficient
