Salary: $32.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various construction sites in Surrey (BC) and other areas in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction tradesmen & workers across various construction projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules, and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work-related problems, and implement effective measures to improve productivity, work quality, and overall project efficiency.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Monitor work progress for each project.
• Train workers in job duties and safety procedures.
• Prepare work progress reports.

Job requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar trade is required.
• Effective communication skills.
