Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and foods according to restaurant and food truck standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion sizes meet restaurant and client specifications.
- Ensure that all special requests and dietary requirements are accommodated appropriately.
- Assist in daily prep work to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
- Drive food trucks to various locations and events as required.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food trucks, ensuring smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in the restaurant and on food trucks.
- Ensure all food storage areas are organized and meet health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the operations manager and owners to ensure seamless kitchen and food truck operations.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Assisting in training and developing new kitchen and food truck staff.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure consistent food quality and service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Work closely with event organizers and catering clients to plan and execute food truck services.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Minimum one-year of relevant experience in the field is required

Wage: $19 per hour

(Food truck locations may vary across Metro Vancouver)
Schedule: May Fluctuate between morning, evenings
