Objective

About us

The Riverside Convenience is located at the entrance of Wabasca-Desmarais, Alberta. Along with a gas station, we are proud to service our local community for many years.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

Cashier Supervisor (NOC 62010)

• assisting customers with purchasing items
• Assign duties to cashiers or sales workers, and assist other cashiers when necessary
• resolving issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• interacting with customers and determining their needs
• Establish work schedules and oversee other workers’ performance
• resolve customer challenges and issues, authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare sales reports, organize and maintain inventory

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation
• Language: English
• Experience: 1 year to 2 years working in retail store setting
• Able to supervise 1-2 people
