Position: Fence Installer (73200)

Wage Rate: $29.00 per hour. 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Evening shift, if required.

Language: Basic English

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Education: No Education required; High School certificate is an asset.

Experience: On-site training will be provided. One or more years of experience as Construction helper is required.

Business Location: 20730 Mufford Crescent, Langley, BC, V2Y 2V9

Work Location: Work at various locations in Lower Mainland, BC

Job Duties:

• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, water heaters and household appliances using hand and power tools
• Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding, shutters, awnings, fencing, decks, septic and irrigation systems, signs and play structures using hand and power tools.

Working Conditions:

• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch and kneel.

• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50lbs is required.
• Work outdoors in cold, hot, rainy weather.
