Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor department’s performance, Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise staff and Recruit new staff
- Manage finances or budget
- Negotiate for services and preferential rates
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
- Organize and maintain inventory
