Job description:
1110794 B.C Ltd (dba. Maru Sushi Japanese Restaurant) located at Langley, British Columbia is currently looking for qualified full time Cooks.
1) Position: Cook (available: 2)
- Wage: $18/hour
- Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income, gratuities
2) Job requirements:
- 2 ~ 3 years of cooking experience in relevant area
- Completion of Secondary school
- Language at work: English
- Available to work: lunch, dinner and split shifts, and able to work weekend, maybe some overwork
3) Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete Japanese hot food dishes
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Inspect and clean kitchens, food service and work areas
- Train staff in preparation, cook and handling food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
