Job Description:
- Oversee, assign, and monitor the work of clerks performing word processing, filing and record keeping, data entry, desktop publishing, and other tasks requiring general office and administrative abilities.
- Create work schedules and protocols and collaborate with other departments or work units to coordinate activities.
- Address work-related issues and compile progress reports and other related documents for submission.
- Provide training to new staff and guide them towards safety measures, rules and regulations of company.
- Identify needed equipment and software upgrades for the business and order them.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office machinery and equipment, and schedule maintenance and repairs, if required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data and reports including personnel data and financial data.
- Evaluate staff performance, conduct performance review interviews, prepare interview/ performance memos.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education in the similar field is required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in the same field is required.
