Job Description:
- Provid guidance and supervision to administrative staff, ensuring that all tasks related to case preparation, documentation, and client communication are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and track the progress of all cases, ensuring deadlines are met and that clients are kept informed of any updates or actions required.
- Review and approve all documentation before submission, ensuring it meets the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and offering support throughout the immigration process.
- Assist in preparing contracts, client paperwork, and draft forms for review by the immigration team.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information and communication within the office, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing training and support to ensure the efficient handling of all office operations and client cases.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Regularly report to management on case statuses, office operations, and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate and lead projects or initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Job Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education is required.
- Prior Immigration experience is an asset.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
