PJD Development is looking for one (1) full-time, Permanent Construction Cleaner (NOC: 65312) for our business based in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Salary: $22.50/hour for 35 hours a week

Job Responsibilities:
- Remove rubble, debris, and other construction waste from the site.
- Prepare sites by removing hazards, obstructions, and any remaining materials.
- Ensure that construction tools, equipment, and machinery are properly cleaned and stored.
- Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and scrap materials from construction sites.
- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to and from the site.
- Operate and maintain cleaning machines such as sweepers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
- Clean and prepare newly constructed or renovated areas for inspection and occupancy.
- Assist construction workers with tasks requiring physical labor, such as moving materials and setting up equipment.
- Help ensure that the worksite is safe and tidy, reducing the risk of accidents.
- Report any safety hazards or violations to supervisors.
