Salary: $38.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and enhance website content by utilizing a range of software including graphics, databases, animations, and more to ensure optimization.
- Create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement design elements from wireframes, optimize performance for speed and smooth user experience.
- Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs with languages like PHP or Python.
- Work with designers and project managers to understand requirements.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively, participating in planning and providing technical insights.
- Test websites and applications for bugs, functionality, and usability. Implement best practices for security to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Document code, processes, and workflows for maintenance. Prepare reports on project status, milestones, and issues encountered for transparency and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies. Improve skills through training and self-learning, and recommend tools for process enhancement.
- Editing, writing, or designing website content, and directing team members.
- Maintain and improve web applications by updating code, optimizing performance, and implementing new features based on user feedback
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to website performance and content.
- Address client concerns and ensure smooth operation of web applications.
Eligibility Requirements:
- CEGEP in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
- Prior experience of 1 year to less than 2 years is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and optimize performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML,C, JavaScript, CSS and HTML is preferred for this job.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in coding, design, and functionality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices.
