Balridge Building Solutions Inc. is a commercial and residential steel framing and drywall company based in Surrey, BC. We are looking for a construction labourer or helper to join our team.

Wage rate: $23.00 hourly
Work location: All over lower mainland area according to contracts/projects.

Education Qualification: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Will train
Language: English
Start date: Soon as possible
Job duties:
▫ Handle and distribute construction materials.
▫ Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials; move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris.
▫ Assist tradespersons such as steel and drywall framers in construction activities.
▫ Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades at construction sites.
▫ Remove other dangerous materials, as well as clean up chemical spills and other contamination.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
▫ Work under pressure and repetitive tasks.
▫ Handling heavy loads.
▫ Manual dexterity.
▫ Hand-eye co-ordination.
▫ Standing for extended periods; Walking; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Tight deadlines.
