• On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

• Responsibilities

  • Skillfully cut and prepare various meats, poultry, and fish for customer orders.
  • Maintain display cases with expertly arranged meats for visual appeal and freshness.
  • Shape and tie roasts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Package fresh and frozen meats according to customer specifications and restaurant needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and product usage for inventory management.
  • Comply with HACCP and CFIA standards to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Oversee proper food storage conditions to prevent spoilage.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill special meat orders for menu items.
