Role:
· Greet clients and understand their needs
· Learn and explain product features/benefits
· Create quotes
· Use CRM to maintain / grow relationships
· Shop competitors
· Ask open-ended questions
· Set expectations
· Document purchases
· Register non-buyers
· Follow up via text/email/phone
· Close sales
· Create urgency
· Test water/recommend chemicals
Responsibilities:
· Open store on time
· Keep lights/music on
· Clean product/merchandise during downtime
Skills:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Intuitive, perceptive, and able to read peoples body language
· Willing to take online water chemical course
· Naturally inclined toward self-improvement
Preferred Experience
· Sales experience preferred – particularly roles where you had to ask for the sale (car sales, jewelry sales, home sales, electronics sales)
· Customer service experience also acceptable
Compensation
· Commission – Significant Earning Potential!
