Job description:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing the technological direction of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and management of technology systems and processes to support business goals. The CTO ensures that technology infrastructure aligns with the company's overall strategy and drives innovation and efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on technology management is preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in technology roles, including significant experience in a senior leadership position such as CTO or VP of Technology.

• • Leadership and Management:

    • Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams effectively.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to mentor and develop team members.

  • Project Management:

    • Experience in managing complex technology projects from conception through execution.
    • Strong project management skills, including knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
