G & D Growers Ltd is urgently looking for One (01) Full-time Farm Supervisor.

Wages: $19.00/hour for 30-40 hr/week + 4% Vacation Pay+ Accommodation will be provided at $30/Week.

Requirement: Completion of High School is required. 

Completion of a program or more than 1 year of experience in related field is required.

Basic knowledge of English.

Job Duties:

• Supervise the activities of workers.
• Prepare the work schedule of Workers
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties
