Salary: $63.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals, leveraging market insights to capture opportunities, drive revenue growth, and ensure a competitive edge in the industry.
- Deep knowledge of the company’s products and services, including machine learning solutions, quality assurance, firewalls, data security, IT consulting, and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that boost sales and elevate brand visibility in the market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s offerings.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, using data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and achieve financial targets.
- Work with internal teams to implement improvements based on client feedback and market demands.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in sensitive areas like data security and IT consulting.
- Identify potential risks associated with sales strategies and client engagements, and develop mitigation plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., technical, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in IT sales or related technology sector is prefered.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Ability to create and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s business goals, leveraging market analysis and industry trends to drive growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, as well as for negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues, adapt strategies to changing market conditions, and overcome obstacles to achieve sales objectives.
