Valemount Vacation Inn is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 3 years or more

Personal suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Initiative, Organized, Team player, Time management, Flexibility

Job Duties:

• Arrange training for staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Salary: $56.25/hour

Work Hours: 30 hours/week

Work Location: 1495 6th Ave, Valemount, BC, Canada V0E 2Z0
