-You will lead a team of 2
– 3 other team members, direct their activities and will help ensure that cleaning jobs are finished on time / up to Company standards.
- Although you are the team leader you will also perform various residential and office cleaning activities, which may include: cleaning bathrooms, washing floors, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming carpets/floors, dusting, polishing and other cleaning-related activities.
- You will drive the team from location to location in the branded company car. - You will train new team members.
- You will complete all required job checklists and will communicate with head office regarding any issues, incidents or if more time is needed at a location.
- Every day you will start your day at the Vancouver office to pick up supplies & the company car. At the end of the day you will return to the office to refill supplies & start laundry.
- You will vacuum the company car once per week and wash it once a month.
- For Vacation Rentals locations you will focus mostly on the client’s laundry, detail cleaning and replenish supplies.
- Make sure all laundry bags are properly marked with the client’s name or with a stapled post it if they are in a black/white bag.
Who you are
- You must have +6 months of experience as a Cleaning Team Leader.
- You must have a valid class 5 BC driver's license.
- You must have a valid work permit authorizing you to work in Canada.
- You must be able to provide a recent criminal record check.
- You are a very hardworking, reliable, energetic, athletic, and genuine person with a great personality.
- You are physically fit & will not have an issue with repetitive motions associated with cleaning (wiping, kneeling, squatting, standing, pushing & pulling up / down or forward / back).
Salary
- Salary $42,120.00 / year
- Working 30 hours per week
