At this point GTA DOORS SYSTEMS LTDS is looking for a dynamic Administrative Secretary who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can keep the office run smoothly. Our perfect candidate will need to excel at working with a team as well as independently, be accurate, client focused and extremely organized.

DUTIES:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database

 

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required

Hebrew is an asset
