Education: Secondary (High) Graduation Certificate
Experience: 1 to2 years in the same or related field.

Main Duties:
- Greet the customers and make sure they are attended with a warm welcome.
- Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Take steps to reduce wastage.
- Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the staff involved in kitchen.
- Make sure food prepared by the kitchen staff is portioned and served in a right way.
- Estimate the ingredients needed for meal preparation and place order to the suppliers for the same.
- Provide training to the staff and guide then maintaining the sanitation and safety procedures.
- Perform investigation of tray assembly, dish room area, and cafeteria for cleanliness and proper operation of equipment like dishwasher, ranges and ventilation and other essential kitchen equipments.
- Perform investigation on regular basis and oversee transaction to maintain product quality.
- Make work schedules and procedures.
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget.
- Participate in planning menus and special weekend dishes.
- Prepare product reviews and reports.
- Ensure food is kept at proper temperature and check the shelf life.
- Address customer’s complains in a polite and respectful manner.
Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers; Food and beverage servers
Ability to Supervise: minimum of 3 - 4 people
