Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential franchise opportunities by analyzing market trends and assessing brand alignment to determine their feasibility, profitability, and strategic fit within the brand alignment.
- Create and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at increasing sales and revenue by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and adjusting methods to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the director and other departments to establish clear expansion goals and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage all marketing activities such as social media strategies, local promotions, and event planning. Design effective promotions and loyalty programs to attract new customers and retain existing one.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards consistently. Quickly address and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the restaurant’s financial budget by forecasting sales and controlling expenses. Examine sales data to find improvement areas and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the franchise or new store acquisition process, including handling negotiations, overseeing legal agreements, and facilitating the onboarding of new locations.
- Develop and oversee budgets for new store openings, focusing on cost efficiency and ensuring the financial success and profitability of each location.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required.
- Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing, restaurant management, or leadership role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with team members, clients, and senior management, ensuring clear information exchange and strong professional relationships.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their use in driving sales and brand visibility.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address operational issues and customer concerns.

Salary: $63.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
