Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Salary: $20.00/hour

Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Credentials: First Aid Certificate
- Work Setting: Child care centre, Kindergarten, Before/After school programs
Responsibilities:
- Assess children's development and prepare tailored learning plans
- Assist in implementing child-care programs
- Maintain daycare equipment and records
- Lead activities and engage children through stories, songs, and crafts
- Observe children for potential learning/behavioral issues
- Collaborate with co-workers and community service providers
