Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing expert advice on contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including amendments and renewals.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other departments to address contract-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
