We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Production Supervisor in our growing team at D.D. Donair Dude Limited. at our Vancouver, BC office location. This is an excellent opportunity to make valuable contributions to our Store by providing the expertise and direction on the support and development of new and existing products and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain supplies and resources on demand
- Educate employees about company policies, safety precautions, and job obligations.
- Encourage hirings and promotions among other personnel actions.
- Prepare reports for production and other purposes.
- Workers who process, package, test, and grade food and beverage goods should have their activities scheduled, supervised, and coordinated.
- Provide strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other departments.
- Address issues at work and make suggestions for ways to increase output and the caliber of the output.
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and bussing staff

- possess significant management experience;
- be able to juggle multiple demands with a calm demeanour, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
- understand metrics and be able to meet financial targets;
- be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
- be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends; and
- be comfortable in a physically demanding job, able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on his/her feet all day
Education & qualifications:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration is required.
