 At “Semi Tech Lube & Repair Ltd.” we specialize in the repair of light to heavy duty trucks. Our technicians are qualified to do electrical repairs, drive train repairs, hydraulic repairs, welding and fabrication, and more. With the increased volume we are looking for a “Car & heavy equipment mechanic” to join tour team located in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.

Position: Car & heavy equipment mechanic           

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: $45:00/ hr. for 32 hours per week

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Car & heavy equipment mechanic (NOC 72401) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required.
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers'
• Specifications.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work.
• Service attachments and working tools.
• Verify and repair emission control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on cars, SUV, Heavy equipment mechanic: such as checking batteriesand changing oil to ensure proper vehicle running
