Required: Food Service Supervisor
Honey Dip Inc. o/a Tim Hortons
6739 Hwy 2, Enfield, NS, B2T 1C8
Salary: $16.45/hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Position being offered is Full-time & Permanent
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee everyday operations and staff preparing food, coffee and baked products
- Keep track of inventory, stock and wastage and orders
- Making sure all items are always stocked and maintained.
- Listen to feedback/complaints from customers and provide solutions whenever possible.
- Make sure the food being served is up to par with established standards.
- Ensure that all the equipment, dishes & cutlery are in their accurate storage areas and assembled in the right order.
- Prepare schedules for staff and keep track of holidays and time offs taken.
- Complete every day and weekly reports and keep them organized.
- Provide training to new hires.
Language: English
Qualifications:
- Completion of High school
- 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
