Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Primary Business Location: 210 - 5393 201 Street, Langley, BC, V3A 0K7

Work Location: 210 - 5393 201 Street, Langley, BC, V3A 0K7

Wage Rate: $18 per hour. 30+ hours per week.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Language:Basic English is required. Vietnamese as asset

Education: High School graduation certificate. First Aid Certificate an asset. Post-secondary early childhood education as asset. Elementary or kindergarten teaching experience as asset. Toddler swimming instructor certification and teaching experience asset.

Experience: 1-year relevant experience as asset.

Job Duties:

• Tend to the emotional well-being of child.
• Take child to appointments.
• Supervise and care for child in employer’s own house.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Bath, dress, and feed the child.
• Organize, activities such as games and outings for child.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding child.
• Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development.
• Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents.
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods
