Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule driver routes and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
•  Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve driver issues and provide support for on-the-road challenges.
•  Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions for drivers on safety and operational procedures.
• Manage driver logs and records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
•  Oversee the loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
