Tasks
- Plan and conduct daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes respect and understanding among children.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Manage children’s behavior using positive guidance techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and coordinate activities.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for children.
