Job description:
Location: Toronto, ON M5T 2C7 (Remote work available)
Salary: $64.50 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Responsibilities:
- Establishing ambitious yet attainable sales targets for the team or department to drive growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Outreach department(s) by developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating campaign efforts to drive the growth of global audience as well as the reach of our offerings, and to take our brand to a world-class standard.
- Lead the market development team to collect price benchmarking data and motivate the sales team, including hiring training, and performance management.
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage the sales budget, allocate resources wisely, and control expenses.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales team performance against targets.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Investing in the professional development of the sales team through training and coaching.
- Handling critical sales issues and challenges promptly and effectively.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges in the sales process.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales management is essential.
- Previous experience in leading and managing sales teams, demonstrating the ability to drive results through others.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others
