Location: Brampton, ON L6Y 0V6

Salary: $64 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results.
  • Oversee the complete business operation, maximizing profitable sales, controls funds and growth while creating a unique customer focused environment.
  • Take full ownership of the business management ensuring everything is in place to hit commercial targets with responsive management of the company’s budget and cost controls.
  • Anticipate the customer’s needs and set up an internal process to meet/exceed them
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and release funding for team to work on.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, operations, and senior management, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the organization.
  • Identifying training needs, designing sales training programs, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback
  • Plan and assign daily workload to sales team

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
  • Minimum 5 years ‘of management or sales experience is required.
  • Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment
  • Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to plan, prioritize and execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others
