The Vice President will:
· Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs.
· Authorize and organize the establishment of production departments and associated senior staff positions.
· Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs.
· Establish financial and administrative controls.
· Formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
· Approve overall personnel planning.
· Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
· Coordinate the work of departments.
· Represent the company to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
Employment requirement:
· Language: English
· A university degree in business administration, commerce, or other discipline related to the company’s product
· 3-5 years of experience as a middle manager
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
