Salmex Carpentry Ltd. is looking for 1 Full-Time Permanent Office administrator for its busy construction company to work in in Calgary, AB.  Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in an office setting and a high school diploma (less experience will be considered upon demonstration of skills), a college diploma would be an asset. The company is looking for committed and responsible person willing to work in a fast-paced industry.  Must possess a clean criminal record.   Language of work:  English

Salary compensation $29.81/hr. for 30 hrs/week

Duties included but are not limited to:

• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities.
• Administer policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare reports.
• Process daily virtual and postal correspondence.
