Job description:
Lil' Henry Corporation O/A Tim Horton's 102925 located at 1470 Highway 6 N, Hamilton, ON, L8N 2Z7 requires 1 Food Service Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 17.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years verifiable experience. Additionally, 4 % vacation pay will be paid out per year.

Job duties:
- Assist in and/or supervise the preparation of all products in an efficient manner to meet daily requirements and Tim Horton's standards;
- Assist Managers in ensuring Speed of Service targets are met in Drive Thru and Storefront;
- Ensure food service and quality control with an emphasis on current promotions;
- Ensure all food is packaged-to meet Tim Horton's standards and control paper costs;
- Ensure all baking/production is proportional to hourly sales to minimize waste and food costs;
- Ensure all cleaning and secondary duties are completed as assigned;
- Train new team members to follow procedures and polices & provide input to Restaurant Managers as requested;
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale;
- Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to ensure guest satisfaction;
- Determine stock needs, interact with customers, monitor sales and be accountable for inventory management and cash control systems;
- Prepare and submit logs, daily/shift reports, waste summaries as requested;
- Follow Tim Horton's standard policies and procedures to meet established work schedules;
- Assist to ensure that all local, national health and food safety codes are maintained, and ensure all staff comply with all safety policies.
