Location: Brampton, ON L6W 0B6

Salary: $87 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization, or delegate representative’s/insurance agents to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Oversee different departments and teams within the company work together, along with the relationships between teams and the business’s customers and clients.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions and manage the support services for accounts and finance.
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
  • Supervising departmental heads, includes areas such as hiring, training and managing the performance of each employee.
  • Developing and maintaining budgets includes budgets for individual departments or overall areas of the organization.
  • Planning, coordinating and managing all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
  • Evaluating current business processes and systems to align systems and other logistical requirements.
  • Directing sales teams and key department executives in retention of existing clients.
  • Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them.
  • Determine staffing requirements and ensure that company positions are filled promptly.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly routine meetings to ensure that team goals and projects are achieved according to established guidelines, procedures and policies of the Company.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5 years or more of experience is required; in management or similar role.
  • Requires the ability to read, write, communicate in English proficiently.
  • Requires the knowledge about business equipment and computer applications (MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Excel).
  • Require the ability to supervise 5-10 people.
  • Should be able to handle budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000.
