GH Development & Construction Inc. is a real estate developer located in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities involved in advertising, marketing, and public relations.

The Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and evaluate the marketing strategies that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Employment Requirements:
- College Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
