Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for support purposes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
