Job Description: We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, set up and configure new equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of IT inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
